ITC has a well established design and project management process to control, monitor and record the progress of individual design and build activity. ITC uses Inventor as its primary drawing and analysis package and MS Project for activity control and monitoring.

The design team have an extensive technical knowledgeable with significant experience in all aspects of managing a build project; from initiation to design, planning through to execution, controlling all aspects through to completion.

ITC’s team have proven experience in the following: –

• CAD drawing and structural analysis,
• Project planning, resource allocation and monitoring, estimating and budgeting management,
• Management of all project documentation,
• Stakeholder engagement,
• Managing project teams both external and internal,

ITC’s design team can design and manage the full range of hydraulic and electrical systems. These can range from workshop HPUs, Renewable’s Test Rigs, Downhole Tools and Diver Umbilical Reelers.
