ITC promotes young Buyer to Procurement Manager

ITC are pleased to announce the promotion of Emma Clark from Buyer to Procurement Manager.  Emma joined the company in a junior role straight from school, quickly she took on the Buyer role and now to become Procurement Manager at the age of 21.

At just age 20 Emma attained her CIPS Diploma in Procurement and Supply and is currently studying for CIPS Advanced Diploma, she also supervises a junior buyer currently undertaking a Modern Apprenticeship.

Tracy Clark, Managing Director and Co-owner commented, as a wholly driven and focused employee, Emma works hard to play her part in steering the growing success of the company.  She is responsible for a team of two which deals with all purchases made by ITC – from a simple pack of gloves to complex hydraulic components – transactions which in times exceed £1.5M.  By starting in a junior role and working her way up, Emma has been able to gather valuable experience across all areas of the company, giving her a unique overview of its ethos and key drivers.  Commitment, professionalism, and a drive to succeed have empowered Emma to fast-track her career.  We are delighted to have Emma as part of the team.
