ITC is a dynamic solution-driven company that delivers a flexible, fast response and cost- effective service tailored specifically to meet the needs of our clients. Established in 1999, providing an onsite hydraulic service to the offshore, subsea, agricultural, mobile and industrial sectors. ITC now operates out of two purpose-built facilities, and is headquartered, in the Oldmeldrum area, Aberdeenshire. ITC has continued to expand its offerings to include rental equipment, specialist components agencies, in-house design & engineering, fabrication, and machining capability. ITC’s goal is always to deliver the highest quality of service and build upon its’ established reputation for quality and flexibility.

Fabricator/Welder – Full Time, Permanent
ITC Manufacturing Ltd have an opportunity for a Fabricator/Welder on a full-time basis to join their team, based at St Katherines, Aberdeenshire. We are looking for someone who is a confident and a well organised individual who can manage a busy workload and are able to work on their own and within a team.
Candidates should have a Fabrication/welding background with at least 5 years’ experience to assist with the continued growth of this young company. Good reporting and academic skills are also required.
Successful candidates MUST possess the following:
- Relevant qualification and/or be Time Served in a similar role.
- Have experience of Fabricating & welding of, Structural carbon steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium.
- Perform welding using FCAW, MCAW, TIG & MIG welding process to company weld procedures where applicable.
- Ability to accurate fit, assemble & weld structural components to issued relevant drawings
- Good communication skills (essential)
- Excellent understanding of health and safety.
- Good organisational skills (essential)
- Able to read and understand fabrication drawings (essential)
- Trouble shooting skills (essential)

Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Cutting & fit up of structural steel components to supplied drawings, accurate checking of dimension to drawings, welding of components, producing new and refurbished components to sample or drawing.
- Assist with the refurbishment and assembly of overhauled equipment in the workshop and the supply of associated spare parts.
- Deliver the highest quality of repair, on time and to budget, and in accordance with ITC work packs and customer specific requirements.
- Ensuring all workshop equipment is suitably maintained and kept up to standard.
- Ensuring all workshop/job documentation is completed to a high standard
- Ensure that the company’s interest and image are projected at all times through good practice and safe working.
- Participation in all Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) initiatives such as prevention of non-conformities in the form of accidents, injuries and illness and to actively seek to eliminate any unsafe work practices and conditions.
Employment Details/Benefits:
This role will require you to work 7.30am – 4.00pm, Monday – Thursday and 7.30 – 3.00pm Friday. In return you will receive a competitive salary, along with 28 days pro-rata annual leave, medical cover, Death in Service and a company pension. Draughtsperson
ITC has an opportunity for a Draughtsperson on a full-time basis to join their team, based at Oldmeldrum.
Candidates should have a hydraulic/mechanical background. Good reporting and academic skills also required.
Responsibilities Include:
Working with engineering team on multiple projects from design to completion.
Liaising with clients, attending meetings both with clients and other project related organisations.
Preparing detailed 2D/3D models and manufacturing drawings.
Preparing operation & maintenance manuals and manufacturing databooks.
We are looking for someone who is:
A confident and well organised individual who can manage their own workloads. Being able to work independently and as part of a team.
Determination to succeed and be part of a growing, successful business.
Successful candidates MUST possess the following:
National Level 4/5 as a minimum requirement.
Hydraulic/Mechanical engineering qualifications.
Previous experience of working in a similar position would be advantageous.
